Drier

Being in Country like India which is Tropical in nature with a Relative Humidity ranging from 80 to 99% will be a great problem to every equipment fed by compressed air from the harmful effects of condensed moisture. To overcome this major problem it is necessary to maintain Relative Humidity less than 50%.

To achieve this most critical parameter of RH value less than 50% the most and effective method is to introduce Refrigerated Air Dryers in the Compressed Air line to the Plant. Basically a Refrigerated Air Dryer consist of an air-to-air heat exchanger and an air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger.

The Air – to – Refrigerant heat exchanger cool down the warm wet air coming from the compressor, resulting in reduction of the temperature of compressed air, moisture condenses and is drained from the compressed air with the help of a high-efficiency water separator and by Auto Drain Valve.

After that, compressed air is reheated with the help of warm in coming air in Air – to – Air heat exchanger to around room temperature so that condensation does not form on the outside of the plant air pipe system. This heat exchange between ingoing and outgoing compressed air also reduces the temperature of the incoming compressed air (It can be called as Pre - cooling of the In coming air), and this helps greatly to reduce the required cooling capacity of the refrigerant circuit Making the FluxAir Dryers efficient.

Our precise engineering, designs and advanced compressed air dryer technology combined with Our knowledge in the field of compressed air, gas, and fluid separation, provide reliable FluxAir Dryers that will protect your operations and machineries for years to come.
